You'll be the face of Wilson & Dorset on the shop floor in our Christchurch store. Every person who walks in should leave feeling genuinely well looked after, while achieving store budgets and keeping a tidy well presented store. This is a casual role with rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Please note – applicants will need to be available for work over the Christmas & New Year period.

What you'll bring

• Experience in retail, hospitality or another role where great service and selling go hand in hand (a bonus, not essential)


• A natural ability to connect with people and a warm, genuine, well-presented manner


• Confidence with POS and EFTPOS (or the ability to pick up systems fast), and comfort with email, Excel and Word


• A love of design, interiors and natural materials (a real bonus)


• Organised, punctual and reliable, with the initiative to find ways to make the store and the customer experience better


• A keen learner who wants to become a real product expert
