As we grow across New Zealand, Australia and beyond, we're looking for a natural organiser to cover maternity leave as our Marketing Project Manager. This is a hands-on delivery role: you'll be the one who makes strategy happen, shipping on-brand work across retail, ecommerce, social and trade, with full ownership of process, production and execution end-to-end.

- 5+ years across the marketing mix: retail, ecommerce and social/digital
- Excellent organisational skills, keeping multiple projects, timelines and budgets on track at once
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to manage suppliers, contractors and stakeholders

Sheepskin has comforted humans for over 100,000 years. At Wilson & Dorset, we turn it into pieces for modern living, easing synthetics out of our day-to-day and welcoming back a more grounded, connected way of being.
With a full run of campaigns, launches and in-store activity ahead of us, we're seeking a creative and self-sufficient Graphic Designer to cover maternity leave and keep our creative output moving across print, digital and video. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role: you'll take briefs from concept through to finished, on-brand assets, working closely with our Marketing Lead but trusted to make the calls and run your own workload.
What you'll bring
- A qualification in Graphic Design and proven experience in a retail marketing environment
- Strong, demonstrated capability across print, digital and video, not just one or two
- A high level of skill in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Klaviyo
- Confidence editing video and motion graphics from concept to final cut (shooting content a bonus)
- The ability to work independently from our Wānaka studio, managing competing priorities without close oversight
- Sharp attention to detail, a strong work ethic and the confidence to execute
Real creative ownership across a defined, high-output stretch of the year, from concept through to store shelf and screen. Join a fun, ambitious, down-to-earth crew in one of New Zealand's most beautiful spots, with a competitive contract rate, a flexible 24-hour week, and a generous product allowance to bring a little Wilson & Dorset home.

We're looking for a highly organised Warehouse Support person to keep stock moving accurately and efficiently for our Australian business. Working alongside the AU Warehouse Manager, you'll make sure our warehouse operations support both retail and ecommerce, so orders go out reliably and customers get what they ordered, on time.
It's a hands-on role across dispatch, stock control and store replenishment, with a bit of customer care support when it's needed. You'll be trusted to keep inventory accurate, the warehouse clean and organised, and the retail floor well stocked.
What you'll bring
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a clean, structured way of working
- A strong sense of ownership over stock accuracy and operational systems
- Commercial awareness to recognise when stock needs action
- Confidence using systems like Cin7, Shopify, POS and Microsoft Office (Starshipit and Ship2Anywhere a bonus)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
- Physically capable of warehouse work, including lifting and manual handling
This role sits within a small operational team, so a bit of flexibility to support retail, warehouse, customer care and admin as needed goes a long way.
