Bowral Retail Sales Assistant Position – Part Time / Casual

At Wilson & Dorset, our passion is sheepskin. Inspired by the rugged beauty of our New Zealand home, we have reimagined how this miracle fibre can be used in the home. And we can’t wait to start sharing this revolution with our Aussie friends.

We are opening our first Australian store in Bowral, New South Wales in August.

Who are we looking for?

• An interiors and design enthusiast who loves to help others create beautiful spaces
• An independent self-starter who will relish the opportunity to be part of an ambitious team and is also happy to work on their own.
• A problem-solver extraordinaire: you’ll tackle any customer issues with a smile and a solution.
• Friendly, engaging, curious. Do you get a kick out of sharing a yarn with customers?
• A time maximiser who will take the initiative to get things done.

What will you bring to the table?

• An eye for design and a deep interest in interiors
• Previous work in retail or customer facing role would be fantastic
• Energy and physical fitness as we move, lift and pack stock
• Capable and confident in using IT systems.
• Flexibility in your schedule: available 2-3 days shared across weekdays and weekends.
