Wilson & Dorset Winter Sale: Terms & Conditions

The W&D Winter Sale runs from 30 August, with 25-40% off selected products. Included in our sale are our medium wool, long wool and extra-long wool products. The sale is in-store and online and applies to in-stock products only and cannot be combined with any other discounts.

Our sale includes a limited volume of stock and once we have sold through our allocated sale stock, we reserve the right for the price of products included in the sale to revert to full price, even if it is still within the sale period. This is a necessary step to ensure we manage our inventory levels and can keep supplying you with beautiful sheepskin.

While we do our best to accurately represent our product online it can be a bit tricky because sheepskin is a natural product, and every piece is beautifully unique. We will not be allowing returns, exchanges or refunds on sale products so please choose carefully.

• Wilson & Dorset terms & conditions policy follows the requirements of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
• By placing an order at wilsondorset.com you are agreeing to all Wilson & Dorset terms & conditions and information on this page.
• Wilson & Dorset reserve the right to change any information on the wilsondorset.com website at any time.
• Wilson & Dorset Ltd is based in New Zealand. All orders and transactions are covered by New Zealand law.
• Unless otherwise specified, all amounts shown on the wilsondorset.com website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

However, Wilson & Dorset does not guarantee that the product description or other content on this site is 100% accurate, complete, reliable or error free and reserves the right to modify without prior notice.

COLOURS

Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, colour accuracy depends on screen calibrations and standards, Wilson & Dorset cannot guarantee that all screen display of colour will match exactly.

Our natural products may have variations between batches, adding individuality between products. Colours will vary.

GIFT CARDS

• Gift cards are issued in New Zealand dollars (NZ$), for use on Wilson & Dorset site only.
• Gift cards are activated at the time of purchase and remain open for a period of 12 months unless specified otherwise.
• Whole or partially redeemed gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• If the gift card is for a lesser amount than the desired purchase, the recipient is required to pay the difference at checkout via alternative payment methods.
• Gift cards should be treated like cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Wilson & Dorset will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen gift cards.
• Items bought with Wilson & Dorset gift cards can be exchanged but not refunded.
• Wilson & Dorset reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.

CREDIT NOTES

• Issued in New Zealand dollars, for use on Wilson & Dorset site only.
• Once issued, credit notes expire after 12 months unless specified otherwise.
• Whole or partially redeemed credit notes cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• If the credit note is for a lesser amount than the desired purchase, the recipient can pay the difference at checkout via our usual payment methods.
• The value of credit notes is defined by the amount spent at the time of purchase independently of sales, discounts or promotions.
• Items bought with credit notes can be exchanged but not refunded.
• Wilson & Dorset reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.

DISCOUNT CODES, SALE ITEMS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Sale and promotional offers are valid for a limited time and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

• Unless specified otherwise, discount codes are applicable to full priced, Wilson & Dorset products only and exclude limited releases and other brands.
• Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions.
• All discounts are applied before shipping and tax.

RESALE POLICY                                                           

By placing an order on wilsondorset.com you accept the following terms and conditions. Products purchased on wilsondorset.com are for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders if we feel Terms and Conditions have been breached.

SHIPPING

Our products are sent directly to you from our Wilson & Dorset warehouse. We use a combination or road freight for larger items and couriers for all orders throughout New Zealand. Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you live outside of the list of countries we ship to and wish to have a product shipped to you, please email us with your destination and we will provide you with a shipping quote. Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival of an international order will be the responsibility of the customer.

DISCLAIMER

Wilson & Dorset is not responsible for purchases that are unable to be processed due to technical difficulties with the website or unavailability of products. Wilson & Dorset shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of your access to or inability to access this website. This includes viruses alleged to have been obtained from the website, your use of or reliance on the website or any of the information or materials available on the website, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action.
